When your tree is cut on our farm, sap will form around the base of the trunk, this will prevent the tree from absorbing water when you get home. It is important to cut 2cm from the trunk to remove the sap before setting up the tree.
We recommened hosing the tree down with water to remove any bugs or loose needles.
Place your tree in a tree stand and fill it up with water. The first day your tree will drink 2-3 litres of water so you must always check your trees water level. It is important not to let the tree run out of water as the trunk will seal itself with sap, preventing further absorption. If this occurs, you must cut an additional 2cm off the base of the trunk to allow the tree to properly asborb water.
We recommened placing your tree in a cool area of the home away from direct sunlight or air-conditioning vent if possible.

Join us on 30th Nov 9.00am-4.30pm, 1st Dec 2.00pm-6.30pm, and every weekend in Dec till sold out. On this day you will be able to take your freshly cut tree home.

Tree collection
Book our Tree Collection Service online for hassle-free pickup and disposal. Simply put your tree out on your verge on 2nd Jan 2025 by 7am and our team will collect and recycle your tree. Fill out form and we will be in contact with you and send you a payment link.

Let us handle the installation of your tree by setting it up in your home. Our team will make sure a fresh cut is made from the base of your tree and placed in a tree stand you provide. Base setup fee $20 Larger/heavier trees (2m+ or very bulky) +$15-$30 Apartment buildings/stairs/lifts +$15-$40 No nearby parking/long carry distance +$10-$25 Decorating (lights, ornaments, etc) Quote on request
